COVID-19 – IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not put at any additional risk of contracting the corona virus (COVID-19).

We are open for business as usual and will continue offering our services, delivering parcels and pallets via haulage companies. For our customers there may be disruptions to some services under current conditions. However the majority of our deliveries are taking place as normal.

Contactless delivery – Having initially knocked on your door the driver will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely, the driver will log the first and last name of the person accepting and may also take a photograph of the pallet as proof of delivery.
