Designed for use in Smoke Controlled Areas, this low emission product is clean-burning, producing less CO2 and more heat than traditional house coal. Burning much longer than traditional house coal and should stay in overnight on multi-fuel stoves.

We deliver using a tail-lift and pump truck - not a crane delivery. Therefore it is important to understand delivery will be made to the nearest flat hard standing surface (not on grass, gravel or sloping areas). If it is to go on to a property driveway, it is down to the driver’s discretion if it is viable for him to do.

Bags will be delivered on a wooden pallet and the driver will require a signature as proof of delivery.

If your property is down a narrow country lane or narrow drive way or has sharp bends, PLEASE can you add notes to the order so we can make a successful delivery first time every time. If the pallet company has to come back to redeliver there will be a charge.

Most deliveries are with our customers within 3 to 5 days.
